Shipping Policy

At Garten Shop, we aim to get your home and garden products to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Delivery Options (UK Mainland)

  • Free Standard Delivery Enjoy free shipping on all orders. Your order will be dispatched within 1–3 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch (usually 4–7 days total from order date).

  • Express Delivery Need it faster? Choose our Express Delivery at just £6. Your order will be dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Important Information

  • Delivery times are estimates and may take longer during busy periods (such as Christmas or bank holidays) or due to carrier delays.

  • We currently deliver to mainland UK only. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other remote areas may incur additional charges or longer delivery times. We will contact you if this applies to your order.

  • All orders are shipped with tracking, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Order Processing We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day.

What Happens If Your Order Is Delayed? Under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), we must deliver your goods within 30 days unless we have agreed a different timeframe with you. If your order is significantly delayed, you can contact us to cancel and request a full refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Garten Shop, we want you to love every product you buy from us. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help!

Your Rights Under UK Law All our products are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They must be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. You have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund in case of any fault. In these cases, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Online & Phone Orders) If you simply change your mind, you have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to cancel for any reason. Just let us know within those 14 days and return the item in its original, unused condition. We will refund the product price plus the cost of standard delivery.

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us at supportgartenstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Once we approve the return, send the item back to us.

  3. For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Important Notes

  • This policy does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.

  • Your statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected by this policy.
